Recent researches proving that based on Global Navigation Satellite SystemReflectometry (Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry, GNSS-R) can be applied toremote sensing applications, it has not need transmitter, but has a large number of signalsources and so on. Currently, research on GNSS reflected signal processing systems aremostly concentrated in hardware, and software system has strong modularity, flexibility andother advantages, and has verified functionality. Therefore, the study of GNSS reflectedsignal data processing software is very meaningful.This project was completed in support of the XXX project. In the analysis of GNSS-Rdevelopment status and development trends at home and abroad, according to the projectrequirements, this paper presents the larger environment reflecting generic GNSS signal dataprocessing software design.In the design based GPS\BD signal characteristics, navigationsatellites reflection theoretical and reflection signal characteristics, and according to the needsof GNSS-R remote sensing applications, sufficiently used a modular and top-down designconcept,the software design was divided into various functional modules, each functionalmodule was designed and debugging in accordance with the hardware devices required. Inthis paper reflected signal processing software with RS232serial and USB datacommunication interface for navigation and positioning data original data and related valuescollection and storage, and to achieve real-time and playback data processing and parsednavigation data, display of receiver and satellite information to control hardware receiverselection-satellite, through the serial port configuration commands to control the hardwarereceiver through the USB interface for data collection, processing the actual data based on themodels of ocean wind and ocean altimetry. GNSS reflected signals are weak signals, we use amethod of coherent and non-coherent integration points combined to improve the signal tonoise ratio, and used BD reflected signal correlation time to calculate surface wind field and used GPS reflected signal correlation time to calculate the sea significant wave height, whichis a new calculation method in the ocean wind field. The inversion data is obtained from theshore-based experiment.The test results verify the system can quickly process data. And the system achieves thetask monitoring, data acquisition and surface inversion results display interface. Using VisualStudio2008as the primary development platform, based on MFC for a framework to buildthe system, Matlab software as CAD analysis tools developed using C++language modelalgorithm to achieve the various modules and software systems used in the inversion. Thesoftware can be used on PC with windows system. And the software has achievedmodularization, can be set flexibly and easily transplant.
