Abstract

The aroma of tobacco is an important indicator for the evaluation of tobacco quality and aroma constituents in tobacco, the study, monitoring the quality of cigarettes has important implications for increasing tobacco quality. But in the process of production, processing and storage of cigarettes, many conventional flavors and fragrances there are highly volatile and easily sublimated and fragrant not lasting detrimental to stability on the style and quality of the cigarette products. And potential Hong substances is a good solution to the way to the development and application of latent fragrant substances is an important element of the current tobacco flavor and fragrance research. Thus, it is necessary to conduct systematic research on the the tobacco latent Hong substances to learn more about these substances, so that play a role more fully. The contents of the thesis has four main aspects: 1. Tobacco volatile oil extraction and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis. Distillation and Extraction Method oriental tobacco and tobacco volatile oil were detected by GC-MS to its comparison of the two tobacco volatile oil. 45 and 42 compounds were identified, accounting for 89.4% and 93.7% of the essential oil total. Two volatile oil mainly composed of alkanes, acids, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols and alkenes, a total of 13 substances are identical. Glucoside, extraction and separation and purification of sugar esters. Glycosides and sugar esters yield of indicators, respectively, of the two substances extraction solvent, time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times investigated to obtain the optimum extraction conditions. AmberliteXAD-2, and a Sephadex LH-20 resin column for the two substances, the preliminary separation and purification. 3. Glycosides, sugar esters, and high-performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS) analysis. Methanol and water as the mobile phase, high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry analysis of the five kinds of tobacco extract glycosides, five substances of molecular weight information, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) on glycosidic structure conducted further research is carried out; HPLC-ESI-MS combined with spice smoke tobacco in sugar esters separation initially identified seven kinds of sugar esters, as well as a preliminary analysis of its molecular structure. 4 glycosidic sugar ester pyrolysis - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (PY-GC-MS) research. Analog smoking process, extract of tobacco under specific temperature fast pyrolysis sampling the online PY-GC-MS technology, pyrolysis behavior of the tobacco glycosidic sugar esters, and analysis of the cracking process aroma ingredients.
