With shorter scanning cycle, more flexible beam pointing, phased array radar is able to search, track and guide multi-targets, which has been an important part of the national air defense early warning network.To verify the performance of information fusion algorithm and the phased array radar resources of micro-management. This dissertation had carried on the phased array radar functional simulation and studied on task scheduling algorithm. Provided measured data for the multi-source information feedback fusion simulation platform and a platform for information fusion algorithm testing. In this dissertation, the main research works are as follows:Firstly, this dissertation introduced the research background and significance, and reviewed the simulation of radar and resource scheduling research status at domestic and international.Secondly, this dissertation proposed a model of phased array radar functional simulation, which included four modules:scene of simulation, target searching, tracking and task scheduling. By studying on the model of Antenna Pattern, this paper simulated the single and sum-difference beam pattern of phased-array radar which works on single pulse angle measuring. The beam position arrangement was simulated under the sine coordinate, and comparison was made among the simulation results of three different ways of beam position arrangement. The process of target detection was illustrated based on radar equation.Then, this dissertation simulated and analyzed of the typical self-adoptive task scheduling algorithms and compared the property of different algorithms, for the problem that much time was wasted in the use of the typical self-adoptive scheduling algorithm in the overloading radar, this dissertation proposed an improved self-adoptive scheduling algorithm. Simulation and analysis have proved that the algorithm can distinctly improve the utilization of time.At last, this dissertation simulated the target tracking module which one of the phased array radar system. Then a functional simulation of phased array radar is provided with the combination of each module. The effectiveness of the phased array radar system have been verified by its application on single objective, The application on multi-objective further verified good performance of improved self-adoptive scheduling algorithm.
