Abstract


Customer management is a work that is an important part of enterprise information, and it is a time of strong, high safety, require high mobility and affects enterprise sales performance and survival. Today, manufacturing industry competitive is facing more and more fierce and the formation of the needs of customers market model which lead to the accelerating of the enterprise information. Specifically, all kinds of enterprise established marketing and service network all over the country,and enterprise staff is more and more big and Rapid growth in marketing expenses. But there is that the slow increase of enterprise performance and a decrease in customer satisfaction in the enterprise. Poor communication at all levels of the enterprise lead to serious information attenuation. Resource integration system can improve the automation of business process and the ability of employees and making enterprise-wide information sharing. Operation of enterprises can be more smooth and resources will be more effective allocation. Create a rich customer management system will is a wise choice which breaks through customer management and the bottleneck of sales development.In this paper, customer management system is based on Internet information management system environment and its development method adopts the combined with Internet technology and information management system. The development of the system implementation using C#language and SQL Server2005as the back-end database. The customer management system that includes registration and account management subsystems. The system contains multiple aspects of business registration, the user renewals,customer management, contact management module, project management module, sales opportunity management, contract management. Customer management system using Web technology and Browser/Server mode at present.Development platform using Windows Server2003as a network operating system that is based on the Microsoft of the. NET Framework. In traditional customer management systems and software installation and maintenance needs of SMEs themselves. Enterprise investment will become big.
