Abstract


This thesis aims at the difficulties of quantization for the substantial number of applications of Party membership in universities and the cultivation and observation of the applications on the basis of practical work. Through literature review, the development situation of informational management system in university, the research and development of the similar systems, the systematic analysis of the needs, the information system of Party membership management that based on model design of process management, and the development and application of using compiled software such as JDK and Eclipse are included in this thesis.This system combines the ongoing management of Party membership of students and the internet in order to make the extension of Party membership of students more convenience and rigorous. The supervisor teacher can easily access every student’s information to determine the position of the student in the review stage. The system fully considers the thoughts and motions of applications of Party membership and their behaviors in the light of the advanced notion of process management. It contains cultivation and observation records of applications of Party membership, peer reviews and supervision, online discussions. Through this informational platform, the blind angle of daily work can be eliminated. The system extends the boundary of the cultivation of applications of Party membership in both time and space. It also combines the basic informational management of students and the standard of Party members in various stages of development to indicate the process management, in the mean time, the study of Party affair knowledge and evaluation system are included in the system as well. Moreover, the statements and reports achieve the powerful and useful function of going online for peer reviews and daily conferences in the inner-Party to make those conferences attendances to easily participate. The work can be done promptly too.
