With the popularity of computer and information technology era, people also havea high quality of life requires, the network learning, work has been very widely used.Nowadays, people prefer online from the property on the Internet handle. For theowners, so that not only saves time, but also for the majority of users to provide moreconvenience for the work. Property management is the computer technology andnetwork information technology applied to the actual operation and management of theproperty, with modern management tools to replace the traditional manual operation.Based on the actual situation of complete community property, according to theproperty management tasks and work content for system requirements analysis, theoverall architecture of the system and the system’s basic functions. In C#as thedevelopment tool of the system based on B/S three-tier architecture architecture designand implementation using ASP.NET technology to Microsoft IIS6.0as a Web server toMicrosoft SQL Server2005as the database server. System uses B/S mode, three-tierarchitecture design and development. Can be managed on the front and back office,where reception is for owners, can the district news, parking information, complaintsand other information query, background management mainly for news and informationmanagement, arrears household information, parking information, social securityinformation, housing information, the owners complained information management,information management staff on duty.System reduces the workload of the property workers, improve the managementefficiency, with good engineering application value.
