With the development of computer network technology, modern distanceeducation is rapidly obtained popularity in various countries. Although the educationindustry policy-oriented, not to be industrialization, but for modern distance educationcan not be market-oriented operation. With the expansion of distance education coursenumber, the traditional three-layer architecture independent system is not fit in largeheterogeneous, distributed systems. In response to these changes, this paper designedand implemented adult education teaching management system, based on SOA, whichintegrated the comprehensive business to make it become a kind of interconnected,reusable business tasks or services, greatly increased the flexibility of the system, andcould interface without having to consider using a service to replace another service,realized the close combination of information technology and education strategy,dynamic adapted to complex policy changes. The main work and results summarized asfollows:(1) it studies the J2EE framework, points out in this paper, the framework of thedevelopment of remote education system, and then analysis characteristics and serviceinterface of service-oriented architecture (SOA).(2) It analysis the demand of the adult college, from the recruit studentsmanagement, educational administration, financial management, course registration,performance management, exam management, news management and systemmanagement that the eight modules function demand analysis, the three roles ofprofessors, students, administrators use case analysis, after analysis of businessprocesses.(3)It analysis the remote education system and the functional requirements, inaccordance with the principle of SOA. From the business data model, it set up toimplement the data services, and the development mode and the development process isgiven. According to the characteristics of remote education, combining with the SOAarchitecture, dynamic strategy, course selection component library components, designmethod of examination register artifacts, finally completed the design of the systemdatabase.(4) It analysis institute of adult distance education management system implementation and testing, the of the whole system architecture, according to theprocess of software engineering design thought is given business logic and thepresentation layer design methods and implementation of the code, the last operation isgiven and the demand of the realization of the function of the most commonly usedseveral methods. It set up test environment, on the Loadrunner test, the test results showthat the developed at the beginning of the system can meet the design requirements.
