The automatic broadcast scheduling system is the main way to future broadcast filebackup. Broadcast file will be sent to the broadcast control system through qualityassurance process. The system includes file migration, interface, upload, technicalreview, backup cache, file backup process monitoring and other functions.In the thesis, we research and analyze the management status and process ofbroadcast service scheduling, meanwhile design and implement the automatic broadcastscheduling system using the C/S architecture, C++software development technologyand database technology, finally complete the development of the whole system. Themain contents of the thesis include:(1) First of all, we interview with relevant users, get the users’ demand for servicescheduling system, including functional and non-functional requirements.(2) Then according to the functional requirements and non-functional requirements,design the system combined with the basic idea of system design and design principles,including system architecture design, functional design, database design, form the3tierarchitecture of C/S.(3) Finally, design and implement the automatic broadcast scheduling system usingthe C/S architecture, C++software development technology and database technology,implement all the functions of the whole system, including material management, taskmanagement, monitoring, maintenance, task scheduling, etc.The C/S structure is used in this system, which improved the systematic security,maintainability and scalability. The system meets the needs of broadcast service of theZhejiang radio and television group, can also fit the whole network architecture model.
