Abstract


In the current goal of building a moderately prosperous society andthe situation in the main theme of poverty alleviation and development workhas undergone major changes,a new round of poverty alleviation anddevelopment work must seek to re-route,the reorganization of resources,the reconstruction of a new strategic concept.How to make full use ofadvanced network management towards the realization of networkedresources,humane,intelligent direction.How to make poverty alleviationprojects should be able to play their effectiveness and efficiency,topoverty alleviation project management department,project services,project assessment and other aspects of a greater challenge.Traditional expert assessment model are mainly two:send a letter ormeeting accreditation review.The main disadvantages are:expert reviewprocess must attend the meeting in place of the prescribed time,theassessment period is longer and validity assessment rate is not higher.Therefore,poverty alleviation projects and gradually explore onlinereporting,acceptance,review and manage projects,improve efficiency isvery important.In this paper,based on deficiencies in project evaluation summarytraditional way,through literature,research and demand analysis andsystem design and implementation methods proposed leverage Webtechnology,a variety of encryption methods,emphasizing the reliability ofthe system,the information coordination of security and network managementcapabilities.Achieve poverty alleviation projects online reporting,online acceptance,online assessment,and network management.This paper describes the actual project design and developmentprocess,has a certain value and practical significance.
