Abstract


With the implementation of "Digital Land" project and the promotion of national "amap" work, the degree of land and resources information has been continuously improved.The demand for land and resource basic information of land and resources managementdepartments and all sectors of the society is more and more big and the data sharing andinformation service requirements grow with each passing day. At present, there are a lot ofland and resources management informatization achievements such as land and resourcese-government system, various business information system, basic geographic database andvarious thematic database etc, but the data is isolated and has no integration and sharing ofresources, all aspects of land and resources can not be supervised. So it is very important thateach informatization achievement of land and resources can be integrated organically and beutilized comprehensively.In the paper, the actual situation of Hebei province land and resource "one map” andcomprehensive supervision platform work is as the background and the methods of TOGAFcombined with SOA are used, the business architecture and IT architecture of Hebei provinceland and resource "one map” and comprehensive supervision platform are studied. In thebusiness architecture, the relation of business matters and the cooperation in the businessagency and the operation of all business and the final to the business operation of the way todescribe the process gradual development in every step of information are studied and notonly describes the business also found problems from a business and laid the foundation forbusiness management.IT framework is studied form the application architecture, data architecture and technicalarchitecture. In the application architecture, the function of the comprehensive supervisionplatform is described form service customization, business operation and statistical analysisthree interrelated subsystems. In data structure, the information management data of land andresources management, industry standards, technology platform are teased and analyzed anddesigned and defined, and the relationship between the internal data, data and data, data and business are disentangled.Technical architecture describe the support to the management of land and resources,data and application service through several technical principles and guidelines, managementsystem, technical standards, software platform, hardware facilities and environmentalfacilities.
