Abstract


To improve the energy efficiency of power industry, energy conservation, and promote energy and electricity restructuring, to ensure that the power system security, efficient operation, to achieve the sustainable development of the power industry, four ministries jointly develop energy-saving power generation dispatching (Trial) \\\Although renewable energy generation with environmental protection and other advantages, but there are persistent and reliability issues. Wind power as the most rapid development of renewable energy generation technologies, has attracted widespread attention. Wind farm power system studies are focused on wind power grid to grid security, and stable operation of the impact of research for energy-saving power generation dispatching. Energy generation scheduling is an important task for countries strongly advocated, therefore, the research is of great significance. Wind power forecast is the basis of this study, its accuracy will directly affect the power system with wind farm energy-saving power generation dispatching. Therefore, the prediction methods summarized and compared in order to maximize the elimination of the randomness of the wind power intermittent energy generation scheduling, the wind farm output. Traditional optimization scheduling problem is divided into two kinds of static and dynamic power system scheduling level. Considered optimal scheduling time cross-section of the coupling, although the calculation process complicated than the static optimization scheduling, but the calculated results are more in line with actual requirements. Therefore, taking into account the wind speed random nature of the changes over time, this paper, dynamic analysis method for modeling the power system including wind farm energy generation scheduling. Establish the dynamic model is expected to better resolve the difficulties caused by the wind power output is difficult to accurately predict the energy generation scheduling. The same time, in order to adapt to the environment and the requirements of the new situation the implementation of energy-saving power generation dispatching of take into account the economic, environmental, and net loss of multi-objective optimization scheduling decision algorithm-depth study of the improved algorithm, count cases results proved that the improved algorithm able to adapt to the new situation, the energy-saving power generation dispatching. Finally, in order to make the algorithm practical preliminary research and development of energy-saving power generation dispatching module based on the IDA-800 platform, user interaction functions can be provided for the implementation of energy-saving power generation dispatching software platform.
