Abstract


The background is that Tianjin city improve vocational education by enhance teachers’ teaching level. According to Tianjin city education commission’s demand, it is decide to hold teacher’s teaching ability competition in vocational college, Tianjin city mechanical and electrical vocational college is responsible for the competition about electrical equipment, and undertake the basic organization about competition. The competition is organization by network, include register, submit work, reviews and output the list of grade. So we need to develop a set of network management system. System needs to be completed the function include:network registration, schools apply for competition, to declare to accept registration. Selected player by random online. Review online by anonymous, include reviews, inquire, give a mark. After the review, the system automatically output the final list of players.To build the static model by rapid prototyping is advantageous for the system requirements analysis through the communication with the teachers and the competition committee, we modify prototype continuously, to determine the demand as soon as possible, in the analysis stage we use UML to design use case and activity diagram, analysis system role and the role of the relationship between, determined by the ER involved in the entity, and the relationship between entities. Design the database table structure in detail. Development is adopting coding standards. Project pay attention to the system test, we design the test outline, test points and test plan, combined with the function demand and performance demand made the test cases of system, through the analysis of test results for the system to improve and correct, to improve the development efficiency and quality.Project adopts B/S structure, system developed by Windows Server2003, SQL Server2005and ASP.Net, encode by c#language. Web Server is IIS7.0. UI design by Dreamweaver8.0, system testing by Visual Studio2010.The system can meet the network registration, selected player by random, the network anonymous reviews, automatic statistics and input. It’s performance is stable and high security. It greatly reduced the burden of staff and improve work efficiency, it is indicated that it have reached the design requirements.
