Abstract


With the development of the technology of computer and the popularization of computer, information management by computer has become a trend. This article describes that Tenement Agency for Management which has been established on the basis of traditional means of management for Tenement by Browser/Server (B/S) model, combined the technology of MIS and database.In the system design. Then the main body of system designed. In order to provide the convenience for the exploitation, the system is divided into two parts as follow:the child of System for user, the child of System for administrator, There into, the first child of system is divided into five parts as follow:the module of house info browse, the login module of user, the issue module of info, the select module of info, the update module of info user; the second child of system is divided into five parts as follow:the module of login, the update module of code, the issue module of info, the manage module of user, the manage module of info house. Then the material structure of database is decided by the material operation. In the system establishing, using Sun Microsystems company (JSP) and Access database and Tomcat Server. The system is designed from bottom to up according to the flow. Then the system is formed.Using this system, the work efficiency is raised, in addition, the system conveniences user to search houses information and makes the best of the resource of the houses. Using the Tenement Agency System for Management, sale improves the traditional means of management and improves the level of the management.
