With the rapid development of information technology, one research institute continuesto try to achieve efficiency by means of information. Through the application systemconstruction of the portal, office automation (OA) system, the financial system, businessprocess management system, the research institute has improved the corporate officeefficiency. These applications often involve business processes, and realize task remindingthrough their system functions. Application systematically increasing, so that the employeesneed frequent login major system to see if there are task information or message waiting to beprocessed. Sometimes not timely login the system view lead to an emergency task delayprocessing, and seriously affect the efficiency of the corporate office, employees thereforehope to achieve the task messages concentrated expression. Meanwhile, with the continuousdevelopment of the research institute s business, the business cooperation between enterpriseswithin the Group of institute becomes more frequent. The collaborative office purposes can bereached through tasks collaboration and messages alert crossing units. The rapid developmentof instant message (IM) brings convenience to people’s life, work and study. Rapidtransmission of information in accordance with the instant messaging features, this specialresearch institute eagers to establish a channel of communication between group enterprisesand between internal staff quickly through instant message techniques, to achieve real-timecommunication between employees based on text, files, etc., at the same time but also throughit to quickly know each other’s online status, to achieve the purpose of the secondarycorporate office.In connection with the problems and needs of the research institute, this paper havedesigned and implemented the enterprise auxiliary office system (MIRAOS) in combinationof a set of C/S and B/S architecture. This system can meet the communication needs ofemployees instant message, but also can message integration with enterprise applicationsystem, and provide unified task collaboration and messages to remind. The main tasks of thisthesis are the following aspects: 1. The thesis sorted out and analyzed the status quo and problems of the researchinstitute, and proposed research purpose and content of the auxiliary office systems MIRAOS.2. The thesis analyzed the research institute s requirements from the three respects:enterprise application, system functionality, integrated interface, integrated interface securityand standardization. the thesis proposed system architecture, system deployment and systemstructure; carried out a detailed design of system integration and reminding, task collaboration,organizations synchronization of information management, security audit and other functions;did comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of integrated model of twotypes of system messages the auxiliary office systems read regularly and active pushapplications; researched the message integration interface definition specifications、interfacecalls and do apply for entrance certified security mechanisms; carried on the XMPP MessageProtocol scalable design to meet the needs of cross-domain synchronization and reminding.3. Based on the open source framework for software of Openfire servers and Sparkclient-side, the thesis researched the plugin extensions, the open XMPP instant messageprotocol and Web Service application integration technology, and realized the synchronizationof information management for the organization, system messages integration of MIRAOS sserver-side and applications, the system message push and reminding from MIRAOS s serverto the client, interface to call security verification, agent task reminding, task collaborationbetween employees, system security audit(including instant messaging content audit andadministrators behavior audit)and other functions, and carried out a system test.4. The thesis summarized the design and implementation of the enterprise-office systemMIRAOS, and look ahead the scalability features of future.This researched and designed enterprise-office system MIRAOS has been successfullydeployed and achieved good effect in the special research institute. It has been promoted insome subordinate parts of the unit, and will gradually cover the whole institute.
