With the continuous development of computer technology, informationtechnology has become the trend of world economic and social development. Thepromoting of the school’s information construction is very important for improvingschool’s modern management level and work efficiency. As the scale of the collegeenrollment is growing higher and higher and the number of the students are enlargingmore,they are bringing a series of serious problems in the college practicemanagement. Traditional practice management is not only low efficiency, but alsocauses a lot of repeated work.They can’t meet the needs of school practicemanagement. However, how to use web techniques to solve the practical problemsof school practice management has become the very important thing of manyvocational colleges.At present, many vocational colleges present nothing in school practicemanagement and most of them are still handled by man labor. The present schoolpractice management are as follow:“Utility is not strong; Scalability is not high;Content is a single.” They can’t perfect school practice management. This thesisfocuses on vocational college practice management and standard, making a study andapplication of J2EE system development framework, key technology and core service.Take Guangdong Teachers’ College Of Foreign Language And Arts for example, wedesign a united practice management system for practical training, teaching practice,graduation design, internship practice, replacement training and system management.Hence, we develop the system with SOA thoughts.This system mainly uses genericMVC three-tier (model layer+view layer+control layer) design pattern. In the controllayer,we mainly use Servlet technology. In the view layer, we use JSP (Java ServerPages)Web programming techniques. Oralce10g database play an important role inthe model layer. MVC three-tier hierarchical development model is more conducive tothe development of the system and later maintenance. The system is consisted of sixfunctional modules: information management; practical training, teaching practicemanagement; graduation design management; inter training management andsystem management The development of the system mainly serves college, enterprise,teachers, and students as to develop the wide net work management mechanism andmanage students’ teaching work and life in a flexible way.In the actual needs of the practical teaching management process, we designed a management system based onB/S mode.The study and development of the system enable college tutors and theenterprise instructors to coordinate the inter–management work, tighten up students’management and improve quality of talent training and college–enterprisecooperation. Meanwhile, it also improves every on module the base of college’spractical demands, letting it serve more colleges and receiving better applications.
