Abstract


With the development of communication network, the study of designing simulation system by the power of internet has been well developed. Because the Chemical enterprise has high-risk, the safety management problem has become more serious day by day. Chemical process simulator for training system which bases on data mining technology can help chemical enterprise to train their staff, optimize the operation condition of production equipment and raise stuff quality. Compared to the traditional training method, this system has more convenient, security, lower cost and higher efficiency.Taking oxidation of p-xylene to terephthalic acid as an example, functions of various components in the simulation training system are elaborated. Using the decision tree of data mining techniques, the reason of compressor malfunction are diagnosed and handled according to the correlation between relevant parameters.Based on NET and data mining technology, using united traditional modeling method, we designed a simulating and training system which is applicable for chemical enterprises. Enterprises can train their staff, treat the accident and carry out safety production by using this system.The system possesses five workstation modules; the structure is clear and convenient to maintenance. The success of develop and use this system has a great contribution to the chemical enterprises, which can strengthen safety production, realize production and management automation.
