Abstract


Wind , is the dominant factor affecting urban thermal environment , heat is the most intuitive experience of the urban climate environment . Good urban wind environment can be emitted heat of the city so as to improve the thermal environment and urban planning have a significant impact on the operation of the wind environment . Therefore, analysis of the inter-relationship between the urban wind environment , thermal environment and the city , is an important direction to explore the of climate adaptation city planning program , good urban space and the livable conditions designed to help improve the urban microclimate , urban micro thermal comfort and help to achieve the goal of energy efficiency of buildings and urban climate conducive to the improvement of the urban environment , that leads to the establishment of the path of sustainable development of eco- cities . Urban climate theory is supported by means of CFD technology , to choose summer Changsha urban centers as the research object , the establishment of a model of the city of Changsha city center area , the urban centers of wind , the distribution of the hot climate . Summarize the distribution pattern of the urban climate in existing urban centers , to find urban environment contradiction lies . Summarizes the various elements of the urban climate and interaction mechanism based on exploring raising a climate adaptive urban planning strategy , planning program through the application of strategies and validated to simulate . The idea of not planning program implemented numerical simulation of the urban environment , to provide planners with a new way to understand the planning scheme , has also helped to further explore the relationship between the urban elements of the urban climate and environment , urban climate environment healthier, safer and more comfortable.
