Abstract


At present, as the background for a variety of complex applications of multisensorinformation fusion system, the information fusion algorithm research has become a hottopic. D-S evidence theory is a method of reasoning with incomplete information and anextension of probability theory. Evidence theory also has a distinct advantage in therepresentation of uncertainty, measurement and combination, so it is widely used invarious fields of information fusion. With deeply analysis and research in D-S evidencetheory and its fusion algorithm, this paper proposes a new conflict representation methodand an evidence combination method, and then the D-S evidence theory is applied tomulti-criteria decision making. The main research contents include:First of all, the basic principle and method of the multi-sensor information fusiontechnology and D-S evidence theory are described in detail. In-depth analysis theexisting problems of D-S evidence theory and improvement of the existing methods, thetwo kinds of improved ideas are discussed in this paper, which lay a foundation forfurther research.Secondly, the conflict between evidences have been analyzed and researched deeply,then this paper proposed a new representation method for the conflict combining with thedistance of evidence and classic conflict coefficient. The feasibility and effectiveness ofthis method are verified through the example analysis.Thirdly, according to the new representation method of conflict, this paper designeda kind of conflict evidence combination method based on the conflict representation. Inthis paper, fusion strategy and the steps of fusion algorithm are introduced. Comparedwith domestic and foreign typical methods, the proposed method reflects goodperformance through the typical examples, and verifies the validity and reliability of thefusion method.Finally, the D-S evidence theory is introduced into the multi-criteriadecision-making, then this paper designs a new multi-criteria decision making methodbased on evidence theory, and verifies the effectiveness of the method through the example.
