Abstract
|
Linear motion unit is a new type of mechanical components which integratesmechanical transmission, motion transformation and module interface into one and itcan be combined into all kinds of mechanical device. It has the high speed, precision, compactly characteristics, so it can be widely used in modern industry. When the linear motion unit in the high speed motion, it will produce noise, wearand vibration, the precision and the life of unit will be reduced greatly. In addition, theproduction of big span and high straightness profile is an important problem. How tomake use of the long span ball screw and linear motor to realize the stability of thelinear motion is a hot topic. Linear drive technology and modularization technique isthe research focus in the rectangular coordinate robot. The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduced the research background, explained the status both athome and abroad of the linear motion units and rectangular coordinate robots, summarized the main research content and sums up the research meaning and purpose.(2)This paper summarizes the main way of achieving linear motion andintroduces structure design of linear motion unit in detail.(3)In order to reduce the friction, the new type unit based on magnetic levitationprinciple was designed. It can realize the stable suspension with the combination ofgravitation and repulsion.(4)The characteristics of the rectangular coordinate robot were introduced indetail. The design scheme of rectangular coordinate robot was given in this paper.(5) Combination with design requirement, this paper analyzes the compositionand modular design of rectangular coordinate robot system. The basic moving parts ofsystem were checked.
