Vacuum Oil control system mainly includes three parts, that is electrical control system, thermostatic heating control system and overpressure protection system, but the current conventional operating environment of vacuum oil purifier is operated by different buttons, and the equipment would start according to a certain order stop. In order to reduce operator workload, change the memory various switches operator sequence of operations and improve the level of automation control system.This article will consider ARM9microcontroller of vacuum oil thermostat heating control system as the core components, plus the Oil temperature collection, level collection, pressure acquisition and LCD display circuit, heating control circuit and limit alarm circuit. The software algorithm is designed with using filtering technology to increase the reliability of test data, and using adaptive fuzzy&PID control that we can shutdown in advance the heater temperature, so that the thermal inertia of the heater its temperature rises to the set temperature. The current temperature can both be displayed in real time and the temperature can be controlled in this article, based on the theory of adaptive fuzzy&PID control algorithm, the adaptive fuzzy&PID temperature control system algorithms make to achieve a short time, overshoot zero steady-state error is zero, etc. ideal performance indicators,, the control meets the general requirements of social production.Through the system software and hardware design and selection of reasonable, playing MCU powerful features, under the premise of without reducing the system functions it is effectively reducing hardware costs and the complexity of the control system, so it enables the design of a high ease of operation, interactivity, reliability and stability. The system revolutionized the traditional relay, contactor control, improved system automation.
