Abstract


With increasing competition in the world and domestic business market, itbecomes more and more serious that a slow development on the Enterprise creditcontrol system and an increasing unbalanced credit are hindering the sustainable healthyeconomical development. From Enterprise credit point of view, two aspects stand outfrom the complicate situation: Risk and Opportunity. Therefore, how to enforce creditcontrol system integrating with current informatic system becomes a very importantresearch topic.A credit control system integrated in ERP can provide fast and reliable informationand tools that allow company to make rapid scientific credit control strategy. Usinglarge amount of instant internal and outside data, company can make right credit controldecision that statisfies the market condition and business needs, hence to reach thebalance between a sustainable business development and a stable finance. It allowscompanies to constant monitor their partners’ credit in a fast changing and unpredictablebusiness market, therefore maximize control and minimize risk.This thesis, based on our current national Enterprise credit control system status,described the credit risk’s outcome and causes, studied how to use ERP integrated tomanage business credit base on Enterprise information, performed overall architectureand detail design of ERP credit control system, focused on data management in creditcontrol system and its relationship with conventional ERP system, especially on datacollection from the credit control system and how these data can help Enterprise tomake effective strategic business decision, integrated the credit control system into ERPinformatic system.What needs to point out is that this thesis proposed a practical and efficient creditcontrol system that is constructed based on current Enterprise’s business managementrequirements and satisfies most conventional ERP platform, this system can be used online and has the most commonality in its field. The main contains are:Based on the research on current credit control system status and needs, proposedan effective method for building a credit control system that meets modern Enterprisebusiness needs. Using this method, a system is build and tested Based on the research on intrinsic relationship of data from credit control systemand data from conventional ERP system, proposed a proposal on how to use data fromcredit control system to help company make effective strategic decision.Based on J2EE B/S system architect, a system that monitoring and collecting ERPdata is designed and implementedComprehensive tests are performed on the credit control system and the system isdeployed and used online successfully.The significance of a highly efficient credit control system is that it can remarkablyreduce the risk for business operation from small to large Enterprise. The informationfor business operation is not limited to those from ERP system, but also from entirechain of market, business operation and internal ERP. This information chain breaksmissing link, therefore reduces risks from cost and resources. It ensures the company’sbusiness and market flow has lowest risk and allows company to have full risk controlof its entire operation.
