Abstract


The article describes hardware design of pressure sensor’s calibration system, themicrocontroller firmware design and the PCI bus driver design. The IPC is the core of the system.The system used PCI bus circuit board to calibrate integrated relative pressure sensor MLX90807and integrated absolute pressure sensor MLX90808.The hardware design included measurement board based on PCI bus, control signal adapterbox and PTC04module connector. There are several modules in hardware system: PCI interfacebased on CH365chip, high-precision A/D conversion module, microcontroller PWM controlmodule, precision self-test function generator,8-channel switch control module, measuring channelcontrol and signal selection module.The software system included AT89C2051microcontroller firmware design, the driver of PCIbus measurement board, they are used to complete channel selection, pressure measurement,temperature measurement, PWM control and D/A conversion.In order to meet the requirements of pressure sensor’s accuracy and performance, we focus onfollowing aspects to measure and calibrate automatically.(1)The research on calibration accuracy of pressure sensor. The article discusses abouttemperature measurement circuit, pressure measurement circuit, signals’ isolation and anti-jammingperformance deeply.(2)The comprehensive research of impact from pressure’s change and temperature’s change. Interms of hardware design, integrated pressure measurement and control, temperature measurementand control and pressure sensor’s compensation to improve pressure sensor’s performance. In termsof software, integrated application software, driver and firmware to offer control interface, so thatthe system can achieve a better overall function.(3)Combined with practical engineering application, the article researches the applicationtechnology of virtual instrument.The parameters of the design meet the enterprise’s requirement. Combined with PTC04module, the system can complete1-64such pressure sensor’s calibration.The system reducedmanual operation and improved efficiency.
