Abstract


With the continuous development of science and technology, the belt scales batchingsystem has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemicals, building materials and otherindustries.At present, the existing batching system generally has the contradictions with deliveryrate and precision in the domestic and overseas.So,the automatic batching system withadvanced technology and high precision can significantly to improve the product qualityand enterprise competitiveness.Combined the practical project, this paper analysis and researches the reason of systemerror in belt automatic batching system, proposes iterative learning control method.Precision requirements for automatic batching system, the iterative self-learning controlmethod applied to actual products, electronic belt automatic batching system precisioncontrol system design.The specific content of the following aspects:1、 This paper outlined the profile and whole structure of this automatic batchingsystem and pointed that the research focus is the accuracy control process of batchingsystem.2、This paper sets forth the process of this system, the analysis of the cause of thesystem error. Deduce the the dynamic batching process mathematical model based on theproposed iterative learning control method is applied to the precision control of the batchingprocess. This paper outlined the rationale of intelligent control and self learning control, andspecifically described the iterative learning strategy of the automatic batching system.3、Applied the iterative learning control method to practical project, this paper adoptsthe SOPC solution of Altera company, realized the precision control system. It uses the NiosⅡ dual-core structure, one of the CPU is responsible for high-speed data acquisition andprocessing, and other CPU is responsible for implementing and host computercommunication, instrumentation and other functions. And use of hardware means to set dualprocessor access to shared resources in order to improve the operating speed of the system.This research and development of precision control system has been put into the actual production of the fertilizer industry, the results show that the system is running stable andreliable, the effect of precision control is good.
