Vision measurement technology, which has several outstanding advantages suchas non-contact, high speed, high degree of automation, and flexibility is widely usedin the industrial production and manufacturing online testing. Light projector is thekey components of three dimensional vision measurement system. The performancequality of the light projector-determines the accuracy and stability of the detectionsystem. The light source of three dimensional topography measurement system wasdesigned for on-line detection of PCB board, in order to meet the need of industrialon-line detection with high speed and high precision. The main research contents ofthe article are as followings:A projection scheme multi-line structured light is proposed. The multi-linestructured light is produced with the cooperation of high speed rotating polyhedralprism and frequency flash laser, which achieved high contrast, complete informationand adjustable spatial frequency.A stability algorithm of light stripe was studied based on FPGA, in order toimprove light drift phenomenon caused by the instable motor speed. The photoelectricdetection circuit of light source system was designed. Software and hardware of themotor speed and laser control unit was implemented based on FPGA. And the lightprojection system was set up.The performance and stability of the designed light projection system has beentested. Experimental result proves that the system can produce light stripes with lessdrift. The light source is suitable for high speed and high precision industrial onlinedetection system.
