Abstract


The steady of national commercial banking system is proposed forthe fragility of the national banking system. The steady of the commercialbanking system mainly refers to the business because of its high debtmanagement features in its own internal factors, external factors or acombination of both under the influence, its the ability to withstandshocks caused these effects, and the ability of stable operation under theseshocks.With further deepen and accelerate financial reform andliberalization, private enterprises now have been granted to acess thefinancial area,and the government is actively preparing for thecommercial banks bankruptcy law.While in the two sessions this year,People’s Bank of China governor Zhou Xiaochuan has said the depositrate will all be released in two years. Commercial banks quasi-monopolyposition will no longer exist, and they will be faced with increasinglyfierce competition, and the main source of profits will be squeezedsignificantly.This will increase the risk,while the national commercialbanks share the largest part in the country. This paper intends to discussthe endogenous and exogenous factors that influence steady ofcommercial banks, and analyze these factors which the theoreticalanalysis, and rank these commercial banks. Combine endogenous factorsand exogenous factors to derive index of national commercial banking system, and to analyze the present situation index. Finally, the advice andcountermeasures will be based on the improving the level of the steady ofcommercial banks.This paper has five parts, the first chapter is a literature review andresearch current research, the results of previous studies conducted on thereview.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the impact on thenational level commercial bank soundness analysis. The third part issteady of national commercial banks statistical description. The fourthchapter is a statistical analysis of the third chapter of synthetic indices.Finally, given the full text summary and proposed to improve the steadyof the commercial bank level countermeasures and suggestions.
