Abstract

The growing trend of economic globalization, the worldwide economic and trade freedom increasingly high quality of national trade exchanges become more frequent, which greatly stimulated the associated logistics market. Based on large-scale circulation of goods, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to product logistics and distribution, and to bring the cost of logistics and distribution logistics costs that are the most important part. Transport path selection, the choice of means of transport, transport time will affect the arrangement of the distribution network in the final distribution program decisions. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the optimization of the distribution network, and hope can be optimized to find the most suitable distribution network of enterprises, in order to improve the economic and social image. This paper Study on exist on the market Spoke distribution network and potential swing characteristics of the network, analysis of business problems existing distribution network, on the basis of full analysis of the use and characteristics of different networks and can bring potential benefits, stressed the necessity of optimizing the distribution network and potential significance. Finally, the A Group, for example, the A Group currently operates distribution networks are analyzed, and the A Group, the fourth quarter of2012the actual market demand for single-hub-spoke network, a single hub networks and swing hybrid network the calculation and comparison, combined distribution network evaluation evaluation of several networks, and ultimately determine the most appropriate a Group’s own distribution network development.
