As an effective tool in modern market competition, there exists many advantages inthe chain operation pattern in retailing to improve performance and competitiveness.These advantages brought about the rapid development of the chain operation pattern inthe modern retail market. Distribution is one of the important functions of the logisticsdepartment, and for the retail chain enterprises its importance should not be overlooked.So establishing the distribution system scientifically is an important task for the logisticsdepartment in chain enterprises. This thesis comes from the chain operation anddistribution pattern adjustment problems an enterprise encountered in its actual operatingprocess of business, and will study the conditions and methods of chain enterprises toachieve uniform distribution.Firstly, in this thesis I analyze the development situation and regular pattern of chainenterprises in China, theoretical research of logistics distribution management, and therelevant theoretical research of cold chain distribution. Then I compare the characteristicsand applicable scope of different distribution mode of chain enterprises. Based on thesetheories, I attempt to explore the methods and strategies that the chain enterprisesespecially frozen food chain enterprises can use in constructing a unified distributionsystem through the analysis of the operating conditions and problems of the WuhanSanlianghang company. In the process of building a unified distribution system, byanalyzing the internal and external environment of Sanlianghang company with SWOTanalysis method, I find that integrated distribution is the most appropriate distributionmodel for Sanlianghang company at the moment. On this basis, I build a new distributionnetwork structure by improving the current distribution model of Sanlianghang company.Then with the method of mathematical modeling I explore how to determine the numberand location of distribution stations and how to select the optimal route in the newdistribution networks in the planning of building distribution station, then develop a heuristic algorithm program in Matlab. With an example analysis I verify that comparedto the old distribution network the new distribution network can achieve better benefits interms of distribution cost etc. Finally, I use AHP method to construct the evaluation indexsystem of unified distribution system performance to provide assistance to the actualoperation of the enterprise.
