Abstract


Cigarette consumption in China accounted one-third of the market in the worldcigarette consumption, the China is the focus of the tobacco multinationals gathered.With the gradual opening up of the tobacco trade, the domestic cigarette marketcompetition is inevitable to get internationalization. In the increasingly fiercecompetition, the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau pays more attention on cigarettelogistics work, this promote the pace of tobacco logistics information technology andautomation further accelerate.Because of the high value-added products of tobacco, tobacco enterprise shouldtake satisfy customers as a fundamental objective and minimize costs and improveefficiency. The tobacco distribution center is the place of the cigarette warehousing,sorting and other core business, and its operating processes of science has an importantimpact to enhancement of the efficiency of delivery. Therefore, the combination ofadvanced technology and reasonably optimizing inventory management processes canshorten cigarettes sorting and distribution time, in order to achieve the target of reducecosts and improve the efficiency of the tobacco companies.This paper under the context of domestic and international status of thedevelopment of the Internet of Things, aim at the status of distribution center ofChongqing tobacco logistics enterprises, through research, combined with thecharacteristics of tobacco products and problems of Jiangbei distribution centerinventory management operating procedures to analyzing the feasibility of the processoptimization; based on the principle of a clear process optimization, optimization goalsand optimization ideas, combined with the actual situation of the present stage ofdevelopment of the Internet of things, learn experience of Internet of Thingstechnology research apply in various industrial, depth explored the plan which appiythe Internet of Things technology to distribution center inventory managementoperating procedures of Chongqing tobacco logistics,and optimize tobaccowarehousing operations, sorting operations and operating procedures; through usingFlexsim simulation software to demonstrate Jiangbei distribution center inventorymanagement processes, change the different indicators property values,to getsimulation data which before and after optimization, analyse and comparativesimulation data validation,testing process optimization programs; Finally, the paperprospected further process optimization problems of Chongqing tobacco logistics distribution center inventory management operations.
