Abstract


With the obvious trend of economic globalization, the design of the era ofknowledge economy is coming, the benefit of the company stakeholders are attachinggreater importance to the performance evaluation in itself. Logistic enterprise of ourcountry is still in the early stage, its own performance evaluation system is not perfect;make us more urgent need to the continuous improvement on the basis of itsmanagement system, also can carry out the scientific evaluation system, in order toenhance logistics enterprise’s management and service level.The paper systematically expounds the performance evaluation system of logisticalenterprises of the current research status and the existing problems, in order to solve thisproblem, constructed the suitable for the third party logistical enterprise itselfperformance evaluation index system, effective enterprise’s performance evaluation.Using the method of questionnaire and the enterprise data analysis methods to gainmore accurate index system for effective measures of this enterprise overallperformance management and service level.This paper is based on the basis of balanced scorecard, construct the performanceindex system, by using AHP to determine the weight coefficient of index system, andthe use of grey correlation degree analysis to these evaluation index the connectiondegree of tightness and the measurement and analysis, in order to get more accurate dataand information, to improve the performance evaluation system. Through this acomplete set of performance evaluation system of the third party logistics a enterpriseperformance and performance evaluation and analysis, information feedback and resultanalysis, find out the enterprise existing performance evaluation system existingproblems and deficiency, puts forward to the effective suggestions and countermeasures,causes the enterprise performance evaluation system will develop as The Times and tobe more perfect and complete, in order to improve the performance of the enterprisemanagement levels and management ability.
