Abstract


This paper discusses the relationship between the financial development and the rural development.Using data from1986to2012,analyzed the index of Supporting for the financial evaluation and evaluating for the urbanization,draw the conclusion as follow:l)China’s rural financial market show seriously restricts in supply and demand,supply restricts performance in the size and structure of financial supply shortage,rural capital through various agencies drain.The reason of demond restricts comes from the change of credit main body demond,while nowadays,the the financial markets in rural place is limited;2)Financial development scale have some impacts on the rural development and maintaining a stable level,The efficiency of financial development have significant impact on the rural development,but the impact of rural development for the efficiency of financial development and Financial development scale is not significant,so we can draw a conclusion that we should not only expand the scale of financial market but also enhance the financial efficiency;3)The reason of inefficiency of the financial development in rural station comes from agriculture is fragiling and the government failureIn this paper, the innovation lies in:l)Combine the rural urbanization and financial support,Adopted the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,focuses on the role of rural finance of rural urbanization;2)As saves-financial investment a conversion efficiency indexes into the evaluation,with financial scale to measure the role in the development of urbanization in rural finance.
