Abstract

Spiniferus Aleurocanthus spiniferus (Quaintance) under the Homoptera, Aleyrodidae, genus of spiniferus, on tea tree pests. To this end, we Yangzhou, Jiangsu tea spiniferus dynamic and prevention research, in order to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of insect; same time, mining the tea tree spiniferus from different parts of the country the genetic diversity analysis, the main findings are as follows: May to October 1,2009, two tea gardens in Yangzhou region spiniferus dynamic systems survey results show that: (1) spiniferus tea spatial distribution there are obvious differences in the lower distribution up, followed by middle and the distribution of at least the upper, middle and lower worm accounted for about 90% of the entire tea tree worms amount; (2) spiniferus a year in Yangzhou 4 generations. The eggs reach peak in mid-May on the second peak in late June, they form a small peak in mid-late July to August. First instar nymphs occurred in mid to late May reached a peak, a small peak in late June to early July, a small peak in mid-August and again in late. Second instar nymphs only appear in early June, the a obvious peak period. The third instar nymphs and psuedopupae no obvious peak period; (3) the occurrence of large of spiniferus lobular varieties of tea in the occurrence of large leaf varieties; spiniferus two tea varieties occurrence amount although there are differences, but its occurrence is basically the same. The Control Experiment results show that 2,5 insecticides spiniferus: abamectin and agricultural land Lok highest adult control effect were 96.50% and 92.30%, respectively, while the control effect of beta-cypermethrin lowest, anti-efficiency only 73.08%; the abamectin and buprofezin spiniferus instar nymphs have a very good effect, seven days after the drug control efficiency of 93.63% and 95.52%, respectively, while the elderly nymphs, pseudo-pupae and eggs poor control efficiency; other three eggs of pesticides on spiniferus the, nymphs and psuedopupae, the control efficiency lower. 3 22 spiniferus different geographic populations of mtDNA-COI gene sequence analysis, the results showed that: the spiny whitefly different populations genetic distance, genetic similarity, except in Yongchuan, Chongqing and Sichuan Guang'an greater genetic distance of 0.08 outside, other genetic distance between populations are below 0.01. Genetic relationship between different geographic populations spiniferus exists some correlation with the geographical distribution of the phylogenetic tree constructed from mtDNA-COI gene sequences. 4, the use of the spiny whitefly The SCAR specific sequence of 22 different geographic populations spiniferus sequence analysis, the results showed that: from the genetic distance between SCAR specific sequence diagram can be seen between the different populations of spiniferus genetic distance of 0.01, the small genetic differences; From the phylogenetic tree, the genetic relationship between different geographic populations spiniferus also the geographical distribution. MtDNA-COI gene and SCAR specific sequence-based black-winged whitefly genetic diversity study showed that mtDNA-COI gene and SCAR specific sequence is not very suitable for the black-winged whitefly population genetic diversity analysis.
