On the true meaning, modern real estate industry has emerged in the Mainland and developedmerely for ten years, however, the management of estate is very immature compared with otherindustries such as manufacturing industry, especially in human resources management (including wageand reward management), In addition, in the past ten years, the real estate industry has belonged to thelucrative industry, vast majority of companies in the real estate industry are “light management”, theindustry profit is mainly dependent on the possession of land resource “bidder to land the world” hasbecome the law of the hidden sector. Because this industry had been during short development time andprofitable, and competitive pressure on the most real estate enterprises is low, from which it can’t gainsufficient power to raise the level of management to make more profits, resulting in a rare occurrenceof benchmarking enterprises of excellent management in the real estate industry, and less successfulexperiences of wage and reward management to learn form,“xx” company is no exception.Therefore, the author will explore and set up the models of wage and reward management systemand actively practice through analysis and diagnosis of “xx” status of wage and reward management,apart from trying to improve enterprise wage and reward management, to break through theimplementation of “bottlenecks” of the corporation strategic objectives, also expect to be able to have asimilar situation in the vast number of real estate wage and reward management system set up toprovide universal significance of experience and solutions to this problem.This dissertation to write in accordance with the following structure: First, put forward the conceptof wage and reward appraisal, discussed the domestic and international human resource managementtheory and wage and reward evaluation theory and emphasized that the introduction of wage andreward evaluation mechanism is the only way for development of private enterprises. The next ismainly introduction of “xx” company’s development process, analysis of the company’s existingorganizational structure and personnel situation, and recalling the developing process of the wage andreward management in recent years, followed by a detailed analysis of the current wage and rewardmanagement problems that exist, and found out the deep essence of the problem, and the existence ofthe underlying causes of problem, to point out the essentiality of reform of wage and rewardmanagement. Stressed the importance of the implementation of the process should pay attention andtake necessary measures. Through a period of trial operation, analysis and evaluation of the results, setup the basic of future amendment and improvement of wage and reward management.
