Abstract

Bioelectrical impedance technique is the use of biological tissues and organs and changes in the electrical properties of extracted human biomedical information in a detection technology. The technology has low cost and functional information can reflect the characteristics, especially on the order is extracted from the cell biological information , not structural change is detected in the electrical properties of biological tissue , for the early diagnosis of cancer has important practical significance clinically . Currently bioelectrical impedance measurements using surface electrodes measurement, the contact resistance between the electrode with skin big uncertainty is high , easy to introduce AC interference , pointing to the poor, for the effective extraction of useful information , real-time system , and follow-up imaging resolution have a great impact . Therefore, the electrode system for electrical impedance measurement and follow-up imaging quality has a crucial importance . This thesis is based on micro- electrode technology, bioelectrical impedance measurement system, the use of micro- electrode micro- dimensional characteristics , across the stratum corneum of the epidermis to achieve equivalent electrolyte to achieve the elimination of the high-impedance layer , accurate extraction of useful information minimally sensitizing measurements. Paper, based on the basic theory of the electromagnetic field bioelectrical impedance , using the finite element analysis software to establish a two-dimensional , three-dimensional model for the electrode contact mode , the electrode contact area with the tissue , tumor size and location of tumor invasion of the simulation and experimental study proved that micro- -invasive electrical impedance measurement method can obtain a more accurate internal information , and enhance the sensitivity of the method , the method is particularly for breast cancer, skin cancer and early diagnosis of superficial cancers can be achieved . And advances in minimally invasive thermal effect during the measurement electrodes , electrical stimulation of tumor cells made ??an exploratory case experimental study method for clinical application of test and simulation data . Thesis is presented for the innovative minimally invasive measurement of bioelectrical impedance method sensitizer , simulation analysis and comparison of experimental study showed that nano-materials as sensitizers for sensitizing tumor electrical impedance effect is remarkable.
