Abstract


Industrial clusters as a distinctive form of economic organization, has become ahighly discussed problem and focal point in research. The rapid development of thecharacteristic industrial clusters in county region has played a good role in promotingeconomic development in Hebei Province, at the same time, enterprises of characteristicsindustrial clusters in county region are facing many competitors. An important factor, thecharacteristic industrial clusters in county region is facing is underdevelopment, as aconstraint to innovation. The study object is the innovation mode of the characteristicindustrial clusters in county region, and the aim is to further understand the innovationmode of characteristics industrial clusters in county region and to guide how to improvethe innovation ability of the characteristic industrial clusters in county region.First, based on the review of the industrial clusters and the characteristics industrialclusters, the issue analyses the present situation of the characteristics industrial clusters incounty region of Hebei Province, combined with the analyses of the strengths andweaknesses of the characteristics industrial clusters, the issue establish thethree-dimensional model innovation system and analysis the elements within the system.Then, the paper analysis the innovation behavior of the enterprises in characteristicsindustrial clusters in county region, on the same time, if the enterprises in clusters improvethe innovation business, it is a effective way for cluster enterprise to adopt the cooperativeinnovation, for the risk of innovation, firms in cluster find it difficult to make decisions,through empirical research the issue explore the innovative mode of the characteristicsindustrial clusters in county region. Concretely, Anping as the case, its wire meshindustrial clusters is analyzed. Generic Technology is effective to promote the innovationcapability of cluster, and cooperation with the Government to develop GenericTechnology to improve the capacity for sustainable development of industrial clusters.Finally, this paper presents the innovation model of characteristic industrial clusters inHebei Province. And further explore the factor of Generic Technology in development andpromotion.
