Select evaluation factors of land comprehensive carrying capacity, identifyingevaluation indicators system, determine the limiting factors of bearing capacity of land inLanzhou city. Based on scenario analysis, through two time node of Lanzhou forecast for2015and2020urban scale of population, economic development, land requirements,analysis of regional development, in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou landcomprehensive carrying capacity change trend and fundamental problems. Coming to thefollowing conclusions:(1)2004,2007and2010targets in Lanzhou city handles the rawdata and concluded that comprehensive bearing index system of index weight in Lanzhoucity, from the weighting of the index sort, technology is the comprehensive carryingcapacity of Lanzhou City economic development the most significant factor.
