Abstract


With the rapid socio-economic development, China’s urbanization process is also fastforward. How to create the greatest value on the limited resources, attracted more and morepeople s widespread attention and thinking.The urban planning area as the needs of urban andrural construction and development needs, to control the use of urban construction land fromthe city’s vision for development.The Changchun City,located in Jilin Province and is theheart of Northeast Economic Zone, is one of the key cities in China’s northeast old industrialbase.In recent years, the size of Changchun city rapid extension and expansion of the old landuse patterns, have failed to meet the new requirements of development.Therefore,building arational urban planning area intensive use of land evaluation system, it becomes verynecessary to provide a scientific basis for the overall urban planning and land use planning.Live is life the basis of human survival and development of the basic material, alongwith raising the level of economic development, urbanization process accelerated, a largerural population into the cities, urban residential land has increased dramatically, theexpansion of urban living space in an objective non-irresistible trend.Effective use ofresidential land, will have overall planning to play an active facilitating role. Residential landin the District of Changchun City, the net on urban planning in the study area, a five-year timespan (2005-2010), using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the intensive use of landevaluation system to determine the weighting factor, the use of quantitative and combinesqualitative analysis methods, in order to explain the intensive use of residential land in theurban planning area of the net monthly.Typical research on temporal and spatial scales for the comprehensive study of land usechange provides a wealth of regional information.Therefore, using geographic informationalsystem analysis method, by collecting and collating the relevant data, using ArcGISProfessional software space, from the perspective of time and space, a detailed analysis of theResidential Land Use Change in the net on the city planning area five years, reveals thecityresidential land temporal and spatial evolution and characteristics of Residential Land UseChange drive mechanism, optimize the layout of residential land space, to improve land useefficiency has important practical value, the results can provide a basis for land planning,urban planning, the layout of the residential landand the development of important referencevalue.
