At present, land remediation shoulders the historic mission of the construction ofecological civilization. China has a vast territory, different regions have diversitynatural environments, economic and social development levels. Therefore, theestablishment of a certain promotion and application land remediation partition indexevaluation system is significant.Firstly, this paper analyzed the background, purpose and significance of landremediation partition research.Secondly, it made a summary of research progress at home and abroad, andelaborated the theory of partitions support of the urban land remediation, includingthe regional differentiation theory, people coordination theory and location theory.Thirdly, the paper introduced the goals, principles, methods, influencing factorsof land remediation partition, and cleared the target of the urban land remediationpartition.Subsequently, according to the different opportunities and policies fordevelopment in China’s eastern, central and western regions, land remediationstrategy research carried out at the regional level, combined with the principle ofIndex System, selecting four kinds of indicators, including the endowment of naturalresources, the level of economic development, the level of social life, and theecological and environmental conditions. Then a detailed explanation of the meaningand calculation of various indicators was made.In the end, the paper selected Cangzhou City, Jiaxing City, Ili KazakAutonomous Prefecture as examples. Depending on the basic situations of these areas,the empirical analysis of the land remediation partition was made with the applicationof evaluation methods and models.The results show that: on the basis of the the land remediation strategic positioning research, combined with the characteristics of the eastern, central andwestern regions, the regional strategic positioning, natural resource endowments,levels of economic development, the level of social life, ecological environmentalconditions were analyzed in order to establish the the zoning evaluation index system,which provided a reference to the proposed feasibility of specific land remediation.The establishment of the City in land remediation partition evaluation model, with theentropy weight method and the constellation diagram method, made the landremediation partition theory scientific and operational.Selecting reasonable indicators to build evaluation system and evaluationmethods, the paper showed details of the evaluation process and made a specificanalysis of the evaluation results, which will be meaningful for the similar areas ofland remediation partition.
