Chinese residents’ diet structure has changed that plant foods increase and the animal foodsreduce during the past years. So the consumption of food on ate decrease and food on feedincrease at the same time. In a word, different diet structure has different stress on food safety.This paper describe our diet structure change in recent years, then predict our future dietstructure under the trend of time. From the current diet structure, the future diet structure and thenutrition diet calculated our demand for food, and contrast the food needs, food production andfood supply to analysis of food security. In addition, in the same price, the expenditure for foodis different under different diet structure, and different pressure to protect the ability of poordemand for food.Under the current diet and the future diet China’s grain demand in the structure is different,but the total has little gap. So in this two diet structure, we should take more attention to matchthe structure of the food supply and demand. Food demand in nutritional diet structure is morethan in current diet structure and the future diet structure, and is more stressful than the others.From the view of protecting the poor demand for food, the minimum pressure is in the currentdiet structure, the next is in future diet structure. The most stressful is in nutritional diet structure.
