Abstract


Agricultural industry network community as an effective way of communication, can solve the information transfer on agriculture-related personnel. Industry chain as an organizational model of industrial development, can strengthen the industry groups closely linked, form of a strong market competitiveness. Through reading references and statistical yearbook, this paper analyzes the environment of China’s rapeseed industry and problems of rapeseed industry in Hunan Province. There are many root causes to hind the development of rapeseed industry in Hunan Province. One of the main causes is the low level of agricultural information. Rapeseed industry network community as a way of solving industrial management of rapeseed industry and docking Information. This paper from the angle of chain perspective and network perspective, through the research of the key technologies of the rapeseed industry network community in Hunan Province, put forward to the platform proposal for the group communication in rapeseed industry chain. The purpose of the industrial community is to unite the business flow, logistics, information flow and capital flow, as well as to promote the rape industry development. The main work of this paper are as follows.(1) According to the content of this paper, analyzed the domestic and foreign present research situation, outlined the theoretical knowledge and pointed of link between theoretical knowledge and the research;(2)Researched the development status of the rapeseed industry in Hunan Province, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of rapeseed industry, proposed the necessity of the formed of the industrial chain;(3)Researched the process of entity industry, refined the users of rape industrial community;(4)Based on the above studies, built the program of rape industrial community, analyzed the functional modules of the rape industrial communities.
