In this paper, we analysis the status quo of of the Yucheng District’s tea industry chain development from the tea industry chain breeding organizations associated cultivation, production, processing and marketing chain and the tea industry chain, value chain, the information chain, logistics chain angle, find the problems and improve the suggestions. the research results are as follows:the mainly form of the organizational chain is markets contractual, and the connection is loose between the body of the chain; Product added value mainly focus in the production, processing and marketing chain, the closer the market, the higher the value added; enterprises use their own logistics in highest frequency, rarely use third-party logistics; The information chain exist the fracture phenomenon, the exchange of information between the adjacent body more fully, but the entire chain of lack of information sharing.
