With the military manufacturing digital factory’s development and the continually deepeningof the strategy of “to drive industrialization by informationization”, military manufacturing hasachieved rapid development in our country. At the same time, along with the continuousimprovement of information technology, changing of the market demand and shorten of theproduction cycle, low cost, high efficiency and high quality of the production are paid more andmore attention. Digital and flexible production mode has become the pursuit of every enterprise.The innovation of those technology and management has made more strict requirements for theproduct research cycle, production cycle, delivery cycle and the cycle of responding to the market.But now, shortening product development cycle, the production cycle, delivery cycle and the cycleto respond to the market in time needs to be improved in the modern military-insustrialmanufacturing digital factory. Otherwise, if the whole life cycle of the products is to be improved,the only way is to optimize the time management of all the business processes, and then theenterprise’s managers can make the time that spent in the whole processes in control.In order to make the time factors of the whole business processes clearer and morecomprehensive, which is good for managers to control and manage the time effencially and strictly.The UML activity diagram was extended with timing constraint fully considering the arriving andavailable time of resources, the delaying time and deadline of the activities, the available anddelaying time of the transition. And according to these considered factors, the earliest and lateststart and end time of all activities and transitions are been calculated; Then on the base of these, aworkflow process model was created. And to deeply understand the model, some semanticdescription is given for enhancing the comprehensiveness of time management, as well as providesthe design and implementation of the subsequent workflow system with a powerful foundation.Given the time complexity, a kind of routing structure was proposed based on a waiting state withevent triggering. This routing structure mainly solves the problem that calculating the time of cycleactivities. At last, to verify the correctness, validity and consistency of this workflow process modelin time, a kind of Petri net methods with time validation is improved. Finally, using a instancemodel strongly proves the rationality of the proposed method.
