Abstract


The industrial of intelligent equipment has the leverage for the national industry. With China’s industrial upgrading and demands for the shift of industrial products consumer from quantity to quality, as well as governments at all levels promoting the rapid growth of the high-end equipment manufacturing, using more advanced management concepts is of important strategic significance to promote rapid growth in non-standard customization integrated enterprise.Firstly, we review the modular theory and market orientation theory, and then summarizes the modular theory from market orientation angle application situation of intelligent equipment industry. On the basis of these, we put forward the modularization scheme of the intelligent equipment products of XS group, as the modularization patterns of adaptable modular and modular standard modular is methodology. After implementing the modularization of two types of products in XS group, the results are analyses. In addition, we present some suggestions to guarantee the implementation of the modularization of intelligent equipment products in XS group.The modularization of intelligent equipment products in XS group verified the new modularization scheme can increase the manufacturing efficiency. It could be possible to spread the modularization mode to other intelligent equipment enterprises.
