Theoutsourcing of non-core business although there are many advantages, but theoutsourcing risk is not small, practical examples of failure also meet the eyeeverywhere.Based on the household electrical appliance industry as the starting point,through the relevant research of outsourcing and enterprise performance, tries toreveal the relationship between outsourcing and enterprise performance, thus inthe research of the theory of outsourcing outsourcing is rich, to providetheoretical guidance.This paper first reviews the relevant existing research include outsourcing,outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing origin classification hierarchy, motives ofoutsourcing, outsourcing risk, then sums up the relevant theories of outsourcingand enterprise performance evaluation, including the enterprise performance, enterprise performance and outsourcing relationships. On this basis, carries onthe elaboration to the outsourcing of China’s household electrical applianceindustry, mainly analyzes the listed companies in household appliances industrydata. Now based on the current situation, the paper proposes two hypotheses,one is outsourcing can reduce the cost of enterprise, two is the outsourcing canimprove the overall performance. Combined with the data obtained, and then thehypothesis testing analysis and results of the two hypothesis. Then according tothe results of the study, the home appliance industry outsourcing strategicdevelopment countermeasures. Finally, the summary of the whole thesis, pointsout the deficiency of this article.Outsourcing is a subject of the continuous development and improvement,the research is only a tentative exploration, deficiencies can hardly be avoided,hope in the future study to continuously improve and perfect.
