Abstract

The food industry has become one of the most important basic industry in national economy of China and it is also called the eternal sunrise industry. With industry constantly upgrading and rapid economince development in our country,food industry becme more and more large-scale and automated,The research of the automated production line equipment management that is important to guarantee the safety and stability of product quality and reduce the enterprise production cost. It is the problem of enterprise urgently needs to solve problems effectively.This article is based on the data which50automated drink production line run for a year of a food company in domestic. Analyzes impact of large-scale food enterprises automation production line equipment operating efficiency factors and find out the common problem in the current equipment management.Constructe equipment management evaluation index system. At last, constructe five modules of automation production equipment management and the management tools of in the module.This paper puts forward that:a) The large-scale food companies five aspects of automated production equipment managment including planned maintenance, fault management,spare parts management, energy management and technical training constitute; b) Planned maintenance, similar to the preventive maintenance, which is the key to reducing equipment exceptive downtime,it is the core part of plant equipment management; c) Ruled out as quickly as fauk occurred, statistics and analysis of the failure data and modify maintenance cycle, controlling the failure rate at a lower level; d) reasonable spare parts inventory, timely and efficient supply of spare parts to meet demand is the guarantee to reduce maintenance costs; e) energy management has increasingly become a focus in equipment sector, reduce energy consumption to improve energy efficiency is the focus of the annual assessment; f) with the substantial increase in the proportion of equipment assets, training technical worker is the ensurence of the normal operation of the factory in the future.This Papers constructe evaluation index system to measure device management performance, so that the performance of the device management can be measured by specific indicators.This paper analyzed and compared two plant’s equipment operating efficiency and production costs, once finished product inspection qualified rate performance data obtained that the device management have closely correlation with production costs and product quality there
