Abstract


With the further opening of financial industry, more and more people begin to payattention to development of small and medium-sized banks in china. This paper studys onNingbo bank. In the sametime, learns from foreign experience in development of smalland medium-sized banks. And then, analyzes development strategy of Ningbo bank andSome measures are suggested to support strategy.Firstly, I analyzes the current situation of Bank of Ningbo, and internal and externalenvironment. Then, analyzes opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages.More over, analyzes of the advantages and disadvantages of Ningbo bank so as toformulate development strategy.Scondly, I analyzes Ningbo bank financial condition. Such as analysis of theoperation, analysis of the credit assets, financial ratio analysis, and comprehensivefinancial analysis. And then, The results show that Ningbo bank earnings increase year byyear. The overall economic situation continued to improve, and the prospects fordevelopment are quite optimistic.Thirdly, I analyzes of the development strategy of Bank of Ningbo. Put forward threekinds of development strategy: Community bank development strategy, regionaldevelopment strategy and differentiation strategy. And then, improve the developmentstrategy from three perspective: customer choice, product positioning and cross regionaldevelopment orientation.In the end, sum the implementation strategy of Bank of Ningbo strategy. Formulatemeasures from five perspective: business growth, organization structure, the introductionand training of talents, risk control and information construction.
