In the rapid development of science and technology, competition is becomingincreasingly fierce, and with the coming of knowledge economy, the enterprise network playsan important role on the enterprise’s technological innovation. If these enterprises want tosucceed in the knowledge economy, the business model should be changed, and this willinevitably lead to a business organization innovation. Along with the rapid development ofeconomy, enterprises have also get rapid growth, a fundamental change in its externalenvironment, and as a result of enterprises have met various of difficulties and challenges,only if some information, technology and other resources are got from the outside world, theenterprise can launch stable innovation activities and footing in the competitive market.network relationship ties strength always regard as an important factor in technologicalinnovation, enterprise network through its own development can provide a better environmentfor the members of the network, thus promoting technological innovation of enterprises.After the analysis of existing literature, I found that there is a big controversy on thequestion of how the network relationship ties strength to influence technological innovation.Most scholars are from the perspective of strong ties and weak ties, and don’t take intoaccount the various dimensions of network relationship ties strength. Thus, after referencingnetwork relationship ties strength and organizational learning, this paper build a relationshiptheoretical model of network relationship ties strength, organizational learning andtechnological innovation. Among, the network relationship ties strength is divided intocontact time, the scope of cooperation, investment resources and reciprocity four dimensions,namely to explore the relationship between these four dimensions and organizational learning,technology innovation. To discover all types of enterprises in Hubei Province and make the survey questionnaire, then using SPSS19.0to do statistical data analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on, get the result of the interaction mechanism between theindependent and dependent variables. Empirical results show that: contact time, investmentresources and reciprocity have positive forward influence on organizational learning; contacttime, the scope of cooperation, investment resources and reciprocity have positive forwardinfluence on incremental Innovation; the scope of cooperation, investment resources andreciprocity have positive negative influence on breakthrough innovation; scope of cooperationpositive effect on organizational learning did not get support, contact time negative effect onbreakthrough innovation did not get support. Finally, this paper summarized the results of thestudy, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about how to improve theinnovation capability of enterprises, and pointed out the direction for future research.
