Employee relationship management is an important aspect of businessmanagement,and it is also an important factor affecting employee attitudes, behaviorand performance. In reality, many companies exposed many problems in employeerelations management, but companies lack the systematicideology to solve theseissues,being short of awareness of the employee relationship management, and can’tfind effective management measures. Under this background, the corporate culture ofemployee relations management provides a new perspective.Corporate culture hastwo sides: positive and advanced corporate culture can make real progress in terms ofbusiness management, marketing, etc., while the corporate culture will be anunfavorable factor to prevent enterprise development if it can’t keep up the pace ofdevelopment of enterprise. Corporate culture is a common ideology that all membersformed, and closely related to employees, so the employee relationship managementcannot be inseparable from the influence of culture, and nowadays using culture tomanage employee relationship has been a new trend in the field of employeerelationship management.This article uses the literature research method to analyze the impact of corporateculture on employee relationship management, and the problems existing in employeerelationship management, and then it builds a model of employee relationsmanagement based on corporate culture to explain the process of the impact ofcorporate culture on employee relationship management. It uses empirical studies toconfirm this process and deeply analysis the status of employee relationship, and thenit puts forward how to manage employee relations on the basis of corporate cultural,and brings new perspectives to corporate culture construction and employee relationsmanagement.This paper presents that the impact of corporate culture on employee relationshipmanagement is changing the psychological contract between employees andenterprises, and put forward specific impact path for this process, meanwhileenterprises has found concrete corporate operational guidelines of making use ofcorporate culture. Therefor this paper has enriched academic result, and in practiceprovides a guarantee to improve employee relations management efficiency.
