Abstract


With the sharp fluctuations in commmodity prices of the finacial crisis in2008, alarge number of enterprise trade was hard-hit, and fluctuations in price has led to the highrisk of operation, at the same time, it has been known that the function of futures is marketdiscovery and risk-aversion. It is a milestone in China’s capital market that Stock IndexFutures was listed for transactions in China On April16,2010.With the help of nationalpolicy,the development of the futures market is highly in recent years, that is top in marketcapacity and commodity futures turnover volume. Night plate of continuous trading has beenintroduced In July this year, and the future option is expected to be approved by the public,more and more professional investors at home and abroad will join us, while it is importantto make the nformation technology safe and stable.All the business of futures market in China depends on the information technology,security, stability and continuity, and requirements of information technology is extremelyhigh. Howhever, it has become a bottleneck in the development of the futures company thatit cannot satisfy the needs of the development of futures market further in informationtechnology construction level, and the management level duing to the lateness of futurescompanies in China and the smaller scale. Nearly two years, it is a high development ofinformation technology with the investment on information technology system constructionbecause of the increased demand of business. But the contradiction is the personal operationand maintenance of the system and the risk of improper operation. According to statistics,90%accient in information technology were caused by artificial operation. It is because ofthe imbalance between the more complex in the system of the futures informationtechnology and the backward of the level of management. So, it is the subject that how toimprove the level of the futures company information technology application.Based on the applicated research in information technology of Tianfu futures co.,LTD,we can discuss the reason through daily work experience, actual work, and in-depthinvestigation,study of the current situation of the development of industry and the regulatoryrequirements in the company, and analyze the applicated technical problems and theinsufficiency of Tianfu company. On this basis, it recoganizes the information technologyapplication architecture and puts forward the feasible solution and optimization scheme, and make sure to meet the needs of development of the future business and the specificationrequirements of the regulators.This paper is mainly from the point of view of practical application, combined with thepresent situation of Tianfu Futures Limited in the application of information technology tobe improved, based on my experiences for many years engaged in management andconstruction of information technology in the futures industry, aimed at the existingshortcomings and disadvantages of Tianfu Futures Limited in the application of informationtechnology, analyz the reasons, put forward the improvement and optimization scheme,designed to improve efficiency, optimize the process, reduce the risk and accidents, andescort the development of the company. At the same time, it also provide a solution for thecertain common problems existed in this industry. I hope this study may have certainreference values for companies of the same industry.
