Abstract


The purpose design partners within the posterior condylar splitting to Schatzker Ⅵ tibial plateau fracture model and new internal fixation devices, and the biomechanical comparative study guide clinical application. Displacements and anti-load performance testing of the biomechanics of different fixation group, respectively. Designed a new kind of applies to partners within the posterior condylar splitting Schatzker Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures within the rear side of the Y-shaped bone plate. Accompanied within the condyle after splitting Schatzker Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures using the LISS Plates combination of their own design within the rear side of the Y-shaped bone plate support with good biomechanical properties. 4 Schatzker Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures even with the outside of LISS Plates still need medial support.
