Since1990s, mental workers show a strong and sustainable competitive advantageduring the economic development of all countries. New generation mental workers havegradually developed into the backbone force of enterprises. As the carriers of innovation,new generation mental workers play an important driving force role in promotingeconomic development. Separation initiated by new generation mental workers tends to bea great impact on enterprise development and team building. Therefore, the study of theturnover intention of new generation mental workers has important theoretical andpractical significance.First of all, this paper used the literature study method, researched on literaturesrelated to new generation, mental workers, mental workers incentives, employee turnoverintention, on this basis, this paper constructed the theoretical framework model. Secondly,on the basis of study on literatures related to the content of employee turnover intention,this paper proposed a hypothesis, established the new generation mental workers turnoverintention scale and compiled inventory about the content of employee turnover intentioncombined with interview and other research methods. Moreover, through empiricalanalysis by using questionnaires, we have drawn the two main content dimensions of theinfluencing factors of new generation mental workers’ turnover intention, including theorganizational identity and job satisfaction. Finally, the paper puts forward somecountermeasures and recommendations on how to inspire new generation mental workers,how to reduce turnover intention of the new generation mental workers and how topromote the development of enterprises and individuals.The aim of this study is to explore the contents dimensions of the influencing factorsof new generation mental workers’ turnover intention. The results of this study will enrichthe related research theory of new generation mental workers’ incentives and management,at the same time to provide a theoretical and practical reference on how to promote themutual learning and development between enterprises and individuals, build the learningand development mechanisms which is suited to the new generation mental workers underthe China’s national condition.
